Thames Innovation Centre
A catalyst for innovative high-growth potential and technology business development, the Thames Innovation Centre (TIC) is a new purpose-built facility located on the outskirts of London, offering flexible workspace for international businesses.
Acting as a business hub, the TIC provides a stimulating and creative working environment that encourages the development of innovative high-growth potential businesses. Tenants enjoy state-of-the-art premises with immediate access to free top line business and technology advice and support as well as access to public and private finance and business networks via TIC's Think Big, Enterprise and Business Solutions teams.
Occupying 50,000sq ft over three-storeys TIC provides a range of office and workshop space, with easy- in, easy-out terms. Hotdesk facilities are provided in an open-plan office including computers and office furniture. Meeting and conference rooms host up to 100 delegates, featuring IT and interactive installations including video conferencing.
Alongside the serviced reception, the coffee shop in the spacious atrium is a perfect venue for networking, meeting clients and staging events and exhibitions, with the atrium holding up to 200 delegates at any one time.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
We are linked to the University of Cambridge, and other London Universities, especially those in the Knowledge East partnership. KnowledgeEast offers unique access to the resources and expertise of eight universities and colleges in East London and the Thames Gateway, and capitalises on the skills and knowledge of over 5000 academics, 100,000 students and more than 40 top-rated research departments to nurture enterprise in the region.
